CROSSFIT
A program that combines the most effective aspects of functional fitness, weightlifting and gymnastics.
A lot of people hear CrossFit and think it’s too intense or intimidating but in reality, CrossFit is functional movement, constantly varied and always adaptable to you.
CrossFit is not reserved for a certain kind of person and you do not need to “look the part” or be at certain fitness level to begin. It’s designed to meet you where you are.
At its core - CrossFit is about becoming stronger, heavier and more capable for everyday life.
You don’t have to keep up. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to start!
For those with little to no CrossFit experience, we offer an Intro to CrossFit pass that includes two 1 on 1 sessions with one of our elite coaches to introduce you to the basics movements of CrossFit + 1 free week of class.
OPEN GYM - FLEXIBILITY & FREEDOM
We have devoted space to remaining free of classes and available for open use at all times.
Whether you need a space to get extra work in before or after class, your schedule just doesn’t allow you to attend classes, or your following a particular training program - this space is for you. As a member, you’re free to use this space anytime during operating hours, or with 24/7 add on Hybrid access.
HYROX
Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines functional workouts with endurance running. Hyrox focuses less on highly technical Olympic lifting or gymnastics skills and more on endurance, grit, pacing, and functional strength.
Hyrox is designed to be accessible for beginners while still extremely challenging for advanced athletes.
We are a Hyrox Affiliate, providing early access codes to races to ensure you get your spot! We follow PRVN Hyrox Training which includes daily programming, year round cycles, expert coaching, scaling options for all levels and race day prep.
We offer Hyrox classes on a daily basis, and have the space / equipment for Hyrox to be done on your own time with 24/7 Access.
